Following the completion of his post-graduation (M.S Orthopedics) from Manipal University, India, Dr. Sandesh Shetty continued his advanced orthopedic training in the United Kingdom, where he earned MRCS and FRCS (Trauma & Orthopedics). He completed fellowship training in hip and knee arthroplasty, joint preservation surgery, soft tissue and sports injuries, and orthopedic trauma, with a focused subspecialty interest in limb reconstructive surgery. Before joining Aster Walk Again, Dr. Sandesh Shetty served as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Kings College Hospital, London, with a focus on lower limb arthroplasty, complex trauma management, and limb reconstruction. His vast experience at a leading teaching and trauma institution shaped him into a skilled surgeon proficient in managing complex orthopedic and trauma cases, while also contributing to medical teaching and research for over 15 years.
